Currently on Page 1Greg writes: "Today 6 riders/bikes left from Starbucks and went to the Daily Bean to show were we will be gathering starting next week. We then rode north on Hwy 287 to CR 17 (past all the people looking an the many Eagles that were located on the far side of the lake)up to the southern part of Loveland and headed west on 402 and wound our way around to Rd 18E where we headed north and crossed over Hwy 34 onto Rd 29. It was a very windy road and lots of turns had sand. There is a new dam that was built there. The road around the dam was new and very nice to ride on. Unfortionately, it was only about a 3rd of the length of Rd 29. We then turned north onto rd 27. We could see the storm clouds a 1/2 mile west of us producing snow. We skirted the storm up to Masonville where we headed East around Horsetooth resevior. We stopped at Verns for a late lunch. We then took Shields St south into Loveland and Rd 17 to Berthoud where we went our separate ways. The round trip ride from "Longmont back to Longmont" was 90 miles."
