Registration was at the American Legion Post #32, 315 S Bowen Street - Longmont, Colorado
Sponsors included High Country Harley-Davidson, TSN Trucking, Bennihannah's are the big two but they have an extensive list including the American Legion Post in Longmont, Budweiser, 103.5 the Fox, the Eagle Grill, Papa Franks, Waste Mgmt, Western Beverage, the Moose in Longmont, Snap-On Tools and High Country HOG chapter.
Volunteers galore helped, reports state that there was probably core staff of about 10, then another 20 volunteers that worked pretty much the last 6 months, then another 20 like John, Dean & I (our own Jammer wrote this) who got other volunteers and helped with building the stage & site the day before, then another volunteers 30-40 the day of the event for the poker stops, security, registration, etc. This is a story in itself demonstrating how many hard working people it takes to create and produce an event of this size, last year about 1,200 riders and $32,000 raised.
At least 18 High Country HOG chapter members volunteered including: Doug/Mary R., Dennis H., Tim V., Jeff, Hagar, jammer, Todd, Scott/Toni, Dave/Val, Calvin, Tom/Donna, Patti/Rick and many more I can't recall right now. Thanks to everyone.
Entertainment was providedby the 'Joe Cool' Band.
Thank you, Ruby, for the great pictures!
